Consultant Radiologist with a Special Interest in Urology and Interventional Radiology

Are you an enthusiastic radiologist seeking a dynamic and progressive radiology department? Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers an exceptional opportunity to join a team that values innovation and collaboration. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology, including advanced MRI and CT scanners, as well as a modern Nuclear Medicine SPECT CT suite. Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses the provision of comprehensive Diagnostic Radiology Services, which includes responsibilities in CT, MRI, Plain Film, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound. A keen interest in Urology imaging, along with proficiency in non-vascular Interventional Radiology procedures, is essential.
You may also be required to provide diagnostic reports for patients at various sites. Currently, we implement a 'Radiologist of the Day' system, which is under evaluation as we expand our consultant team. Our goal is to enhance efficiency and minimize disruptions for individual consultants.
