Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Operations Analyst to support various teams within the Addepar Go To Market Organization. This role involves close collaboration with our Go-to-Market Teams, including Client Management, Sales, and Partnerships, as well as cross-functional partners such as Legal, Finance, Information Security, and Engineering. The position serves a dual purpose:

  • Enhance key business processes and systems to expedite Addepar's sales cycle.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and develop content to improve Addepar's responsiveness to client Assurance requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to external questionnaires and requests for information from prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Train AI tools with standardized responses and optimize the content of Addepar's Assurance Library.
  • Monitor and synthesize insights from prospects and clients to provide data-driven recommendations to Addepar Leadership.
  • Balance competing cross-functional priorities and working styles to ensure an exceptional client Assurance experience.
  • Create content and processes aimed at continuously enhancing Addepar's Assurance offerings to prospects, clients, and partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening abilities with a knack for asking insightful questions, understanding concerns, and addressing objections.
  • A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
