Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Discrepancy Processing Clerk to join our team at Post Office. As a key member of our Supply Chain, you will be responsible for resolving discrepancies and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate data from various sources, including business systems and physical documents, to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send discrepancy notifications to branches via mail merge.
  • Manage CCTV requests from Postmasters and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Postmasters, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Produce management information reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with the wider Post Office Supply Chain to achieve satisfactory outcomes for branch queries.
