We are seeking a highly skilled Peripatetic Support Manager to join our Community Services Division. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our customers in various locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialise in the delivery of community-based services, including carer support, community mental health, and day service provision.
  • Provide operational support and assistance to our front-line community services, including registered and supported living.
  • Travel extensively and work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers and the organisation.

Requirements

  • Management NVQ 5 (or willingness to work towards) in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
