About the Role

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, tailored to their individual needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards. You will also have a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
