We are seeking a skilled Technician to become part of our Service & Workshop team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that vehicle repairs meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your technical knowledge in PSV repair and maintenance will be essential, along with your ability to communicate effectively. A commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute repairs following manufacturer guidelines
  • Assist in diagnosing faults
  • Collaborate with the Parts Team for necessary replacements
  • Provide support during roadside emergencies
  • Ensure the workshop remains clean and safe
  • Utilize appropriate protective gear
  • Contribute to the training of apprentices

Qualifications:

Applicants should hold a City and Guilds or NVQ3 qualification, along with experience in the commercial vehicle sector. Familiarity with computer systems and vehicle technology is required. Previous experience or apprenticeship in the PSV/HGV field is advantageous.
