Logistics Operations Specialist

Position Overview
We are offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our Logistics Operations team. The selected candidate will collaborate with a small group of professionals focused on the deployment of a newly integrated Asset Management System, designed to enhance the management of clinical resources within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Implementation Coordinator in executing work packages effectively.
- Play a vital role in the successful execution of the Asset Management System Project, which aims to revolutionize the management of clinical resources.
Core Duties
- Aid in the establishment and integration of new procedures for the oversight of clinical resources.
- Support the auditing process of clinical resource inventories by identifying and documenting relevant details.
- Collaborate with staff to implement new storage processes for clinical resources.
- Generate and print RFID tags for asset identification.
- Label clinical resources with RFID tags to ensure accurate tracking.
- Verify that each clinical resource is assigned a unique RFID and is properly tagged.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use and maintenance of asset management hardware.
- Facilitate training and support for staff on the asset management software.
- Conduct testing of systems and processes to ensure functionality.
- Assist in user acceptance testing to validate system performance.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and report findings to the Project Implementation Coordinator.
Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid Category B driving license.
Desirable
- Training in the operation of pallet trucks.
Experience

- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and distribution processes.
- Proven ability to record data accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
