About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Consultant to join our Personal Lines Pricing team at WTW. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through effective pricing and underwriting strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class pricing and underwriting capability and process reviews to our clients
  • Design and implement cutting-edge pricing analytics and models using data science techniques
  • Support the design and delivery of underwriting approaches aligned with client portfolio management strategies
  • Develop sophisticated MI and portfolio management capabilities to drive business growth
  • Leverage your market knowledge to develop innovative personal lines pricing solutions in collaboration with our teams
The Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrable experience in pricing and/or underwriting, with a strong understanding of the UK general insurance market
  • A commercial mindset and ability to drive tangible outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills, with excellent project management abilities
  • Ability to see the big picture and engage with adjacent specialisms to address clients' business challenges
