DataTech Analytics is a boutique consultancy specializing in pricing strategy. We are seeking a Senior Pricing Consultant to join our expanding team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pricing Consultant to work with our clients in developing and implementing commercial pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven strategy, consulting, or commercial environments, with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of consultants and analysts to manage engagement teams and solve problems arising from analysis or client interactions.
  • Develop hypotheses and design analytical tools to help clients address pricing issues.
  • Guide the team's analysis and design sophisticated methods of communicating recommendations to clients.
  • Interact with clients at all levels and present recommendations to c-suite stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with end clients.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior staff within the project context.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in a data-driven strategy, consulting, or commercial environment.
  • Core process skills including meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, logical and structured reasoning, client interviewing, problem solving, data analysis, process design, and change management.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience in data science or modeling roles is advantageous.
  • Track record of successful project delivery teams, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in mentoring others and helping colleagues' development.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • SQL, statistical packages, R, and Tableau are desirable.
