Job Title: Customer Service Field Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Field Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through various field-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers
  • Conduct field-based activities, including surveys and data collection
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using a laptop and smartphone to receive, view, and input information
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Owned car
