Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient operational running of all clinic activities, working closely with the Head of Clinical Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and line manage a team of clinic coordinators, promoting a culture of progression, recognition, and reward.
- Participate in the review and improvement of clinical operational systems and processes, ensuring alignment with the company's quality improvement strategy.
- Oversee the audit schedule for the department, ensuring timely completion and accuracy in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Client Experience and Quality to monitor feedback, investigate complaints, and determine corrective actions.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to obtain and analyze key data and metrics, ensuring effective management of operational processes.
- Forecast recruitment needs and ensure adequate clinician capacity to meet business and contractual targets.
- Locate and mobilize new clinic locations, ensuring timely setup and readiness for clinical operations.
- Ensure appropriate clinical equipment is on site and maintained to a high standard.
- Monitor and review clinician compliance with internal protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Demonstrable awareness of neurodevelopmental conditions, with an understanding of autism and ADHD assessments.
- Ability to collate, present, and interpret data.
- Understanding of private and NHS healthcare structure, systems, and pathways across the UK.
- Confidence in presenting information and data to the wider team.
- Ability to enhance business development, including creation of growth strategies.
