Role: Lead Data Scientist & AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leveraging data insights and AI solutions to enhance product development and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract meaningful insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Propose innovative approaches for optimizing data collection processes and ensuring data quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement data models and algorithms that deliver tangible business value.
  • Develop custom data models, analysis algorithms, and machine learning solutions to address specific business challenges.
  • Explore and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to create innovative solutions that enhance our products and services.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of data models and algorithms, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and leading data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, data architectures, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics is preferred.
