About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Membership Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the development of plans to grow our membership through increased recruitment, retention, and reinstatement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline application processes and deliver welcome materials for new members.
  • Handle and respond to incoming queries from existing and potential new members, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Manage the membership email inbox, ensuring comprehensive information is provided and record-keeping accuracy.
  • Administer membership recruitment campaigns and provide office-based support to staff who are frequently out on the road.
  • Process membership payments through WorldPay and create reports to aid with key membership functions.
  • Produce and issue paid invoices/receipts for incoming payments received and invoices due for payment on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
