We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at Robertson Bell Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the growth and expansion of our organization.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue strategic business opportunities, driving growth and revenue expansion.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and security of our organization.
- Qualifications: ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Experience: Proven track record in financial leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and developing plans to achieve business objectives.
