Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Farnham. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to members of the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with depot workshops, parts departments, and 3rd party suppliers to ensure efficient communication and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor machine costs and margins, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Receive and process new and used machine sales orders, raising purchase orders and DTS requests as necessary.
  • Manage warranty contracts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Coordinate internal stock audits, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
Personal Attributes:
  • Good level of numeracy and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Brilliant written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Personable, presentable, and articulate, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
