We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient sales and administrative support to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to members of the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with depot workshops, parts departments, and 3rd party suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor machine costs and margins to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Receive and process new and used machine sales orders, including raising purchase orders and DTS requests.
- Good level of numeracy and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a sales support role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
- Strong administration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Brilliant written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports and correspondence.
