Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively work as part of a multi-skilled team to maintain all manufacturing assets, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment.
  • Complete maintenance using a multi-skilled approach, performing proactive and reactive maintenance, and continually seeking ways to improve all processes and procedures.
  • Support site Reliability agenda, identifying failure modes and trends, and driving agreed actions.
  • Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site-specific or dynamic risk assessments, and report all maintenance tasks on the CMMS system as required.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/Multi-Skilled Engineering Qualification.
  • Essential skills include a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, with experience in maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Desirable skills include 18th Edition wiring regulations, PAT Testing, PLC qualifications, Abrasive Wheels, Welding, IOSH, and Machine Safety (PILZ).
