Public Health Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Health Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Public Health Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to children, young people, and their families.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The core team hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend working. The post will be based in Bournemouth, with the base location to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, working in partnership with children, young people, and families, as well as other healthcare providers and local authorities.
- Provide services in response to identified needs, including safeguarding and supporting children and young people with enuresis.
- Work closely with other members of the CYP Public Health Service 0-19 to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Membership of a relevant professional body.
- Evidence of recent professional development.
- Knowledge of safeguarding children.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
