About the Role

We are seeking a Quality, Health and Safety Manager who will be responsible for delivering improvements throughout the business, suggesting changes, and embedding them into the company culture. The successful candidate will have a strong background in QHSE and experience in delivering efficiency improvements within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review current Quality and Health and Safety across the business
  • Suggest areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Provide regular reports and information to senior management
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Embed change throughout the business and ensure a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working within QHSE
  • Strong experience delivering efficiency improvements within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • H&S Qualification
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification
  • Experience working in modern manufacturing methodologies and process improvements including Six Sigma, Lean Tools, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, TPM, ToC
  • Strong understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to manage change effectively
  • High attention to detail
  • A degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous
