Key Responsibilities

The Senior Product Strategy Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives for our Bodyshop Solutions product line. This role entails the development and management of a comprehensive product portfolio roadmap, grounded in a thorough understanding of customer requirements, corporate strategy, and industry trends. The position demands extensive collaboration across various IT and business sectors, alongside a solid grasp of technical concepts to effectively define and implement a robust product strategy.

The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Product Development Operations and will be an integral member of the Product Portfolio Leadership Team. They will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and management of our product offerings.

  • Drive the ideation of innovative software solutions for bodyshop clients; collaborate with Product Discovery, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and external partners to establish product strategies aligned with customer needs and long-term organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and engage with stakeholders to refine a cohesive vision and strategy for the Bodyshop Solutions product line, encompassing conceptualization, ideation, opportunity assessment, and prioritization.
  • Oversee the product development process, including the creation and maintenance of a dynamic roadmap and the management of business and functional product requirements.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to successfully introduce new products and features to the market.
  • Comprehend the business strategies, objectives, and ROI metrics associated with Enterprise Holdings products.
  • Establish key performance indicators to assess product health and growth.
  • Recommend product enhancements to address customer needs or bolster competitive advantage; guide teams in gathering insights on competition and emerging technologies.
  • Possess a strong understanding of technology design, user-centric design principles, Software Development Lifecycle, and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-value solutions.
  • Evaluate and manage external vendor relationships as necessary.
  • Stay informed about new technologies that align with Enterprise Holdings' objectives.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Lead a team of Product Owners, fostering their development through training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
  • Undertake additional job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software product management, including leading product strategy, planning, execution, launch, and support.
  • Prior experience in leading and developing teams within the Product Management discipline.
  • Proficiency in utilizing product management frameworks in an agile development setting.
  • Experience in developing product roadmaps focused on delivering customer value iteratively.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar agile development workflow tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Knowledge of product usage and performance analytics tools.
  • Background in the automotive claims industry.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platform architecture and best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry benchmarks.
