About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our manufacturing support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage plant maintenance metrics and present reports at weekly meetings
  • Coordinate maintenance work lists and assign SAP PM work orders to jobs
  • Update and maintain master data in SAP structure for all plant and spare parts
  • Audit and revise existing plant structure
  • Manage three engineering stores, consume and manage spare parts against SAP PM work orders, and complete stock checks
  • Interact with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of spare parts
  • Support the procure-to-pay policy, including invoice resolution
  • Support delegated buyers regarding sourcing of MRO spares
  • Create work orders for preventative maintenance, steam systems, and other equipment
  • Set up scheduled preventative maintenance work on SAP PM, including equipment calibration and lubrication
  • Assign work orders to unscheduled maintenance, including leaks and breakdowns
  • Chair weekly maintenance planning meetings with reliability engineers
  • Document food-grade seals and lubrication locations and schedule work orders for inspections
  • Manage machine documentation, both soft and hard copies
  • Optimize the use of contractors on site for maintenance and facilities functions
  • Ensure QEHS and company-specific training is maintained
  • Assist with and complete actions in the plant LOTO initiative
  • Manage site QEHS and QP audits and address any safety concerns raised
  • Develop and integrate the CMMS system into daily maintenance operations
  • Train and coach end-users on SAP PM
  • Run reports and trends for maintenance and facility activities
Requirements
  • A strong educational background in a technical or engineering subject area
  • Operational and manufacturing leadership or coaching experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry with knowledge of TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, safety and GMP standards
  • A strong individual with an engineering mindset, financial and business acumen, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM expertise
  • Knowledge of spare parts management
  • Experience working with SAP PM module (or other system knowledge)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
