Maintenance Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the production operations in the Plant and delivering key performance targets in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and be accountable for establishing a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans.
- Drive the operating team to identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability, and operating systems to deliver a best practice and reliable operation.
- Support all manufacturing standards, governance, compliance requirements, and ensure they are in place, understood by all, and regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
- Lead and be accountable for talent, capabilities, and engagement for the manufacturing team, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.
Requirements
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 sigma tools and concepts.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment, with demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
- An engineer with a strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
