We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to enhance our Commercial Dispute Resolution team based in the South West, offering the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in delivering top-notch dispute resolution and litigation counsel, demonstrating the ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a diverse caseload, which may include:

  • Handling commercial disputes
  • Resolving contractual disagreements between entities
  • Managing disputes involving directors and shareholders
  • Overseeing debt recovery matters
  • Addressing claims of professional negligence
  • Facilitating mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
  • Identifying business development prospects

While the role is primarily office-based, there is an opportunity for flexible work arrangements across our South West locations. You will collaborate with other legal professionals within the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, contributing to a culture of mutual support and excellence.
