You will also be expected to build effective relationships with clients, support partners in managing key clients, and make decisions with minimal supervision.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 6+ years of PQE
  • Previous experience in commercial and civil disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, and professional negligence
  • Exposure or interest in specialisms such as contractual, negligence, misrepresentation, restitution-based commercial disputes, directors, shareholders, and partnership disputes, debt recovery and enforcement, and professional negligence
  • Ability to manage own files and delegate work to others
  • Strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service
  • Proven ability to win new business through successful business development activity
  • Ability to supervise and line manage a small team
