About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of administrators and specialists delivering a range of Accounts Receivable services on behalf of Sja's West. As a key member of our Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer payments are processed efficiently and effectively, and that customer queries are resolved promptly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing monthly critical system processes and will be passionate about delivering quality service. They will also have a proven track record of using finance software such as SUN, Oracle or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and develop a team of administrators and specialists delivering Accounts Receivable services
  • Liaise with the Sales, Account Management, Customer Services, and wider Sja's West teams to ensure that customer debt is managed in line with company policies
  • Plan for the management of weekly, monthly, and annual workloads across each service area
  • Manage the debt recovery processes and make improvements when necessary
