Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living tasks to foster independence, ensuring that clients meet the objectives outlined in their support plans.
- Aid clients in daily activities such as meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their living arrangements.
- Support clients in attending appointments, engaging in hobbies, and pursuing educational or employment opportunities.
- Assist with personal care and medication management as specified in individual support plans.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop support plans, set goals, and perform regular evaluations.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and build rapport with clients, allowing ample time for interaction and support.
What We Seek
- A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or a willingness to pursue this qualification.

- Prior experience in caregiving, whether through professional roles or personal experiences.
