Your primary responsibilities will include coaching and developing line managers at all levels on employee relations advice and queries, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of people policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, including employee relations, redundancy, projects, restructuring, engagement, performance management, and onboarding. You must also be self-sufficient and able to coach line managers in areas of your expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy
* Develop and implement people policies and procedures
* Coach and develop line managers on employee relations advice and queries
* Contribute to the delivery of people projects, both tactical and strategic

**Requirements:**

* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
* Strong background in HR, including employee relations, redundancy, projects, restructuring, engagement, performance management, and onboarding
* Self-sufficient and able to coach line managers in areas of expertise
