Mortgage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Operations Manager to join our team at Ultimate Banking. As a key member of our BTL mortgage processing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end mortgage processing and underwriting teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage Mortgage Processing Teams
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver an excellent customer journey.
- Manage and develop the mortgage processing teams to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all loans are written within the company's risk appetite.
- Develop and maintain relationships with intermediary partners and borrowers.
- Work 2 days at our head office in Milton Keynes, Monday and Thursday.
- Work 3 days remotely.
Requirements
- Previous Management Experience
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects.
- A current or recently held BTL mortgage mandate.
- Experience of manual underwriting BTL complex mortgage applications.
