Mortgage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Operations Manager to join our team at Ultimate Banking Ltd. As a key member of our BTL mortgage processing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end mortgage processing and underwriting teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage Mortgage Processing Teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve mortgage processing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure all loans are written within the company's risk appetite.
- Work closely with intermediary partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from application to completion.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing mortgage processing team.
- Implement performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Previous management/team leadership experience in mortgage processing or a related field.
- A current or recently held BTL mortgage mandate, alongside experience of manual underwriting BTL complex mortgage applications.
