Senior PHP Developer

Matched Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our internal IT systems development team. As a key member of our agile development team, you will work closely with other teams to deliver business applications based on web technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, code, test, document, maintain, and support web-based applications using PHP.
- Contribute to requirements, design specification, and technical documentation.
- Research emerging technologies and products, recommend suitable products, and plan implementation.
- Contribute to project planning and lead code reviews.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and support architectural decisions.
- 4+ years of commercial software development experience using PHP.
- Ideal experience with NodeJS, Symfony, and relational databases (MySQL or Postgres).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to develop and maintain professional working relationships.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading code reviews and making architectural decisions.
