Role SummaryWe are currently in search of a Sales Engineering Manager - Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients to join our Personal Care Division.
This role is primarily remote, covering the UK and Ireland, with regular engagements at our offices and laboratories.
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting directly to the Division Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for a specified range of Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients at established price points.
- Input sales data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
The ideal candidate will possess a BSc or equivalent in a relevant technical or scientific field, or have comparable industry experience.
We are looking for an experienced technical salesperson who is well-versed in the UK Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients market and has established relationships with UK companies and clients. Alternatively, we will consider individuals currently in technical or NPD roles who are eager to transition into a commercial capacity.
Training and DevelopmentSuccessful candidates will receive tailored vocational sales training, process training, and on-the-job mentoring from ILM trained coaches.
Compensation and BenefitsIn return, Atom Recruitment Ltd offers a competitive salary package ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, with the final salary being negotiable based on experience. Additional benefits include:
