About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing and Business Development team at Addleshaw Goddard as an Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of live webinars, including setting up webinars, running rehearsals, and providing behind-the-scenes support to event organisers, hosts, and presenters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage live webinars, including setting up webinars, running rehearsals, and providing behind-the-scenes support to event organisers, hosts, and presenters.
- Post-event data management for online and in-person events, in accordance with GDPR.
- Collation of post-event feedback, including evaluation and analysis of what worked well and what didn't.
- Day-to-day administration of the events team inbox and maintaining and updating the firm's internal and external events calendar.
- Liaising with the firm's PAs, Business Development professionals, and external suppliers to run physical events.
- Highlighting scheduling conflicts or over-scheduling to the firm's Management team.
- Keeping internal clients informed of progress in terms of event planning and delivery.
- Promoting best practice for events both online and in-person.
- Escalating complex event requests or technical problems to the firm's Events Coordinator or Events Manager.
- Creating and sending invitations via our e-marketing platform.
- Supporting marketing campaigns as required.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised, approachable, and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of one to two years' experience working in events. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly computer literate, and have a proven ability to pick up and use new systems or software. Previous experience of using webinar technology or email marketing platforms would be advantageous.
