Key Responsibilities:
The primary function of this role is to deliver comprehensive customer service and administrative support to the Sales Division. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing daily administrative tasks and customer service for all Sales Accounts, ensuring the provision of outstanding customer service by delivering relevant and precise information to all clients while ensuring timely and accurate order entry into the system.
- Offering professional telephone support to customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams regarding customer inquiries, including order status, pricing, and inventory.
- Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor on various matters.
Philex is a dynamic and rapidly evolving manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronic accessories, supplying innovative products to major UK DIY and FMCG sectors. With a commitment to excellence, Philex has made significant investments in its manufacturing and logistics capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of two years of experience in customer service administration.
2. Strong numerical and computer skills, particularly in Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Highly organized, methodical, and capable of multitasking.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
Compensation: Starting salary of £24,000.00 per annum.
