Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MEP Project Surveyor to contribute to transformative building projects that challenge conventional design and execution. Team Dynamics:

The Engineering Services and Utilities Team operates within the London Cost Management sector, focusing on the financial oversight of engineering services across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive cost management services for high-profile projects, ensuring accuracy and value at every stage.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage all facets of MEP cost management from project inception to completion.
  • Engage in cost planning, tender documentation, and evaluation processes to support project delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility estimates and value engineering assessments to optimize project outcomes.
  • Oversee post-contract management, including valuations, final accounts, and change control.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in a consulting environment, specifically in MEP cost management.
  • Strong understanding of contract frameworks such as JCT and NEC.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in digital measurement and cost planning tools.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
- Significant experience in MEP cost management services.
- Passion for delivering high-quality consulting solutions.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with relevant software.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
- Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, or equivalent.
