Job Title: Receptionist and Security Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Security Admin to join our Construction team in the North East region.

Location: Morpeth / Newcastle, on-site HMP Northumberland Project, with some home working available.

Contract: Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the site delivery teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage security passes, tracking vetting applications, and ensuring timely follow-ups with individuals as needed.
  • Order and manage materials and supplies for site and other general administration duties.
  • Arrange meetings and site visits, including parking, meeting room setup, and stakeholder needs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Expert use of office software, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • UK driving license.
