About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist and Security Admin to join our Construction team in the North East region.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years, with some home working available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the site delivery teams, including creating and issuing security passes.
  • Manage vetting applications, tracking progress and following up with individuals as required.
  • Order and manage materials and supplies for site and other general administration duties.
  • Arrange meetings and site visits, including parking, meeting rooms, and stakeholder needs.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Expert use of office software, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • UK Driving License.

This role requires a Government Security Check (SC) Clearance / Counter Terrorism Check (CTC), which will be conducted by the Cabinet Office's UKSV agency. Applicants with criminal convictions will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
