Lead Site Reliability Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our platform's reliability and observability. You will work closely with product engineering teams to ensure that our systems are designed and built with reliability in mind.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to improve the reliability and observability of their applications.
  • Develop and maintain tooling and automation to enhance the reliability of our platform.
  • Proactively monitor production systems to identify and remediate potential performance problems.
Requirements:
  • Strong software development skills in one or more high-level languages, preferably C#/.NET.
  • Experience in site reliability engineering and platform engineering.
  • Ability to make pragmatic, risk-based decisions that balance commercial objectives with non-functional requirements.
