Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Bars & Shops team at Butlin's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to achieve key targets such as add-on sales and promotions, while maintaining high operational standards and guest satisfaction. This is an operational guest-facing role, and you will be required to work a 5-day week over 7 days, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
As a Shift Manager at Butlin's, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering an excellent guest experience. You will be confident in your ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even in high-pressure situations. You will also be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
