Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, managing cash and payment systems, and providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash and payment systems in accordance with procedures and policies
  • Ensuring stock levels are correct and gross profit margins are achieved
  • Training and developing team members in correct procedures and policies
  • Assisting with duty management and dealing with customer comments effectively
