Compensation and Benefits:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stock accuracy and integrity in accordance with contractual obligations, minimizing stock loss through thorough investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks such as conducting stock audits, reconciling systems, investigating delivery issues, and reporting non-compliance to suppliers.
  • Analyze data from the warehouse management system and be familiar with the available reporting tools.
  • Execute all inventory-related tasks as needed, demonstrating the ability to make informed decisions based on circumstances, deadlines, and customer requirements.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

  • Proven experience in inventory and stock management within a warehouse setting.
  • Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team or independently, with the adaptability to take a hands-on approach when necessary.
