Job Summary:

Excis Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve device error codes, swap and upgrade hardware components, and trace and fix faults using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory flow, maintain detailed records of all goods, oversee inventory orders, storage, and control, and update inventory records regularly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly IT stock reports and analyze trends in common device failures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Assist support staff from other service providers and handle additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Travel to various sites as required and work staggered shifts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel to different locations.
