Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist/Inventory Manager to oversee the receipt, dispatching, and storage of IT devices in our warehouse. This role will be responsible for supervising the picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions of our IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance of company assets and inventory
  • Trace and fix faults using diagnostic tools and software
  • Assist support staff from other service providers
  • Manage inventory flow and maintain detailed records of all goods
  • Oversee inventory orders, storage, and control
  • Update inventory records regularly
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly IT stock reports
  • Travel to various sites as required
  • Work staggered shifts as needed

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of IT desktop support experience
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems for issue resolution and PC rebuilds
  • Familiarity with OSX, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and antivirus products
