We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Assistant/Driver to join our team in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of our trade counter.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
- Process orders, pick stock, and prepare deliveries for customers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our product portfolio, providing expert advice to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Ability to lift and move stock as required.
