Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Assistant/Driver to join our team at FSW Ltd. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our trade counter and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in good condition.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Participate in stock takes and inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and customer record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Good standard of education, including maths and English.
  • Proven experience of working in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence.
