Job Title: Trade Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Branch Manager to join our team at Eurocell Group PLC. As a Trade Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the effective operation of our trade branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a small team of sales and customer service professionals
  • Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively, meeting sales and customer service targets
  • Develop relationships with customers and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including team absences and deployment
  • Support the regional teams with recruitment and training
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards, ensuring branch sales targets are achieved
Requirements:
  • Hands-on leadership style, with a focus on driving team performance and achieving business targets
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • A customer-focused approach, with a willingness to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Good organizational skills, drive, and leadership abilities to manage a branch effectively
  • A full and valid driving license is essential
  • Strong management skills and experience of leading a team, ideally in a trade or retail environment
