This is due to the company's well-deserved reputation for promoting from within and the fact that members of the team are often groomed for positions elsewhere in the group.

As a result, the need has arisen for a seasoned professional to join the team in a senior capacity and take over a longstanding and secure portfolio of corporate clients generating up to circa £1M income.

The portfolio includes clients from a range of sectors such as, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, and Tech, and is likely to include clients with individual fees ranging from £50K-£200K.

As the Senior Corporate Insurance Director, you will be responsible for the management and retention of this portfolio, ensuring that your clients' insurance programmes reflect their appetite for risk and providing solutions to mitigate any exposures.

You will also be responsible for providing formal and ad hoc support to less-experienced colleagues, such as helping Corporate Account Executives with programme design or accompanying them to renewal meetings.

In addition, you will work closely with the Branch MD to influence the future direction of the branch and help with insurer relations.

As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of the company's full suite of products and put clients in touch with colleagues from specialist teams to maximise revenue.
