Senior Corporate Insurance Broker Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Account Director to join our team in Leeds, UK. As a senior member of our team, you will inherit a secure and longstanding portfolio of corporate clients generating up to £1M in income. Your expertise will be utilized to manage and retain this portfolio, ensuring that clients' insurance programs reflect their appetite for risk and providing solutions to mitigate exposures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate clients generating up to £1M in income
  • Develop and implement insurance programs that meet clients' risk management needs
  • Provide solutions to mitigate exposures and ensure clients' insurance programs reflect their appetite for risk
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of Account Handlers to support client relationships and business growth
  • Contribute to the development of the branch's future direction and insurer relations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate insurance broking or a related field
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop an understanding of the broker's full suite of products and services
  • Polished and articulate communication style
