Commercial Trainer/Assessor Opportunity

We are working closely with a further education training provider to recruit a permanent Commercial Trainer/Assessor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a reputation for excellence and professional growth.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of management and business administration apprentices, delivering training and assessments to support their development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant assessing qualification, such as TAQA or CAVA
  • Experience delivering Management and Business Administration training
  • The ability to manage a caseload of learners and provide excellent communication and organization skills
  • A deep understanding of the apprenticeship levy and experience with E-portfolio systems such as Onefile or Smart Assessor
  • A driving licence and access to their own vehicle

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote online sessions and face-to-face observations. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we would like to hear from you.
