About the Role:
Hedge Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Systems and Processes: Design and implement HR systems, processes, and policies from the ground up, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and industry standards.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, interviews, and onboarding processes, to attract and retain top talent.
- Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and administer benefits programs to support employee well-being.
- Employee Relations and Issues: Implement HR policies and serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and issues, providing guidance and support to management and employees alike.
About You:
- HR Experience: A strong background in HR management, particularly in employee relations, is essential for this role.
- Labor Laws and Regulations: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations is required, with a CIPD qualification being ideal but not essential.
- Transportation Industry Experience: Experience in the transportation industry is a plus, but not necessary, as the company is open to candidates with relevant experience in other industries.
