Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - Fire and Security Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Fire and Security projects in South London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in security and fire alarm systems, with experience in managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Fire and Security projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers and senior project managers
  • Ensure compliance with NSI Regs and electronic security install standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Fire and Security project management, with a strong background in security and fire alarm systems
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects, with a budget of over £500k
  • Knowledge of NSI Regs and electronic security install standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
